Components from src/components/domain. They speak Delia’s vocabulary, take typed data, and fetch nothing.
Stages are the only color on screen. A team can rename and recolor them, so code never branches on a stage’s name.
In lists and board headers, beside the name.
Calendar entries take their project’s stage tint.
Every lifecycle is defined once in src/domain/statuses.ts. Hue is reserved for stages, so a status reads by icon, fill and weight; cherry marks the critical ones.
One per thread or trigger. Each shows its source, a one-line summary and the actions Delia proposes. The user approves them one at a time or all at once.
